Case/Brief
Miscellaneous illustrations were mostly done for our side project MSZZ.Miszmaszyna (MSZZ) is a streetwear brand crafting its clothes with love. Miszmaszyna (ḿšmašyna) is a construction device for mixing cement and water, sand and gravel (as aggregate) to form a homogeneous mass. This type of mixer includes a reference mainly to professional work as the crowning work of human hands. The brand’s image is full of references to machines, machine people and full of grunge futuristic imagery.
The solution
Illustrations were created using computer techniques and traditional tools like pens and pencils. As Miscellaneous Illustrations is our side project, we had absolute freedom in selection and interpretation of the theme of each of the illustrations. Hence, the deliberately messy, mucky and distorted nature and style of the work, which is appreciated by a constantly growing number of fans.
